These Terms and Conditions set forth the agreements and conditions between you and XOR ANTI HACK, owned by SOFTWARERG, regarding the use of our software and services. By using our software and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any of the terms set forth below, you must not use our software or services.

1. No returns or claims are made

   Our software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. There will be no returns or claims of any kind, including, but not limited to, errors or glitches in the software. However, we promise to solve any bug or technical problem in our product as soon as possible, without this implying the possibility of making a claim for your purchase.

2. Update times

   Software update times will be determined by the XOR ANTI HACK administration. The client does not have the right to demand progress or pressure the company to make the updates before the stipulated dates.

3. Prohibition of insults towards our support team

   We do not allow the use of offensive, abusive or insulting language towards our support team in any communication related to our software or services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license without notice if it is determined that you have violated this provision.

4. Prohibition of sending information

   It is strictly forbidden to share, disclose or send information, photos or logs related to our systems, including operating details, vulnerabilities or any other sensitive data. Failure to comply with this provision may result in immediate termination of your license, as well as further legal action as permitted by applicable law.

5. Breaking the rules

   If you are found to have violated any of the rules set forth in these Terms, we reserve the right to terminate your license without notice. This may include permanent revocation of your license and a ban on future use of our software and services.

6. License and server changes

   The license you purchase is perpetual and valid for one (1) specific server. In case of changing servers, you will only have to pay for IP changes, which have a cost of $11 for each requested change.

7. Authorship of the work

   All work done by XOR ANTI HACK is entirely authored by SOFTWARERG. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of the software is prohibited without the express consent of SOFTWARERG.

8. Changes to the Terms

   We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time without notice. You are encouraged to periodically review these Terms to be aware of any changes. Your continued use of our software and services after the Terms are modified constitutes your acceptance of such modifications.
